Today I celebrate a death anniversary. Many of us have a death anniversary that we look upon with grief and joy. Sooner or later we all will have a hyphen and a death anniversary of our own.
I don’t dwell in the loss of my mom. I celebrate that I will sooner than later join her in eternal peace.
More importantly I celebrate the crowning of the King of England and the running of the Kentucky Derby.
So God Save the King and let’s all pick the winner of today’s annual running of the roses.
