I don’t know why I continue to watch the network news most every night. All it does is show violence and hatred. From the political bickering to the commercials for pharmaceutical companies, I’m fed up.
Fortunately they have that last minute spot that shows a quick glimpse at the goodness in humanity. The feel good story that shows love and compassion.
After twenty nine minutes of a shitshow, we get one minute of positivity.
We know it’s there… there is more than one minute of goodness during the day. If you caught my Chalkboard Video yesterday… I talked about the kindness that I ran across on my trip to the grocery.
It all goes back to the song that Sister Balthazar taught us in kindergarten.

Week four of Six Nations saw two incredible rugby matches yesterday morning. England beat the best team in the world and Italy showed another glimpse towards their upward climb of improvement.
Today is going to be fanfuckingtastic… the late sunrise this morning gives you plenty of time to watch its splendor. Put some meat on the grill and some love on the sheets. Lace up those shoes and swallow some oxygen and absorb gobs of Vitamin D…
