May 6th, 2022

The bulk of my age group is going through a tough period in their lives. As we enter our forties and fifties our parents are entering their seventies and eighties.

Our parents are starting to leave at a quicker pace. Just yesterday they carried us up the stairs to bed. Now we carry them to bed or lay in bed and pray to them.
Six years ago my mom left a nursing home in Indianapolis for heaven. I see her more now than I did when she was living in Indiana.
Many of you asked me to pray for your parents these last Sixty Days for Cecilia. I got it done and it has become a habit. So if you asked me to keep you in my prayers I want
you to know I will continue doing so.
Remember something…
We are on average thirty years younger than our parents. So think about 2052.
What are you going to do these next thirty years?
I’m gonna bust my ass doing the right things and try hard not to be an asshole. I’m going to put stress on my heart loving my children and a couple dozen of you guys reading today’s chalkboard.
Mother’s Day is this weekend. Hug her if you got her. If you don’t have her around… know she’s in a beautiful situation and she has your back.
Get through this rainy Friday and you’ll arrive into a decent weekend and a gorgeous week coming up.
I love you Ma……
